 Not every HOA requires the same level of service. We offer a unique system where the Board decides what level of care is needed; there is no set monthly fee where you may not even need management services that month. We cater to the smaller HOA that does not require accounting but may need help with ORS or Washington State Statutes, project management, Board meetings, document review, etc..
