David Received his Associate of Arts Degree at Christ for the Nations, Dallas, Texas and has a long history of community support including pioneering and leading churches in Portland and spearheading community outreach programs.
Exploring other fields of service, he began managing multi-unit housing associations and studying all aspects of this occupation and has excelled at it for the last 18 years. He has developed and maintained close business and personal relationships with maintenance crews, legal firms, architects, etc..
David has a CMCA accreditation with Community Association Institute (CAI) and has managed all types of community associations in the northwest, and is well versed in Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and RCW of Washington. He has served as a senior manager in the field, and trained many community association managers as well, including his wife, Rebecca. He is found to be a reliable business manager and leads with integrity. His heart is to train volunteer HOA Boards to help them manage the diverse environment of an HOA.
