We are available to help with Board meetings. If you are not familiar with Roberts Rules of Order we can train the Board to move forward with productive board meetings.
Document Review
We are able to review documents: rules and regulations, declaration and bylaws, and ensure the HOA is compliant with ORS regulations.
Architectural Review
Architectural review (ARC), is one of the most important areas in an HOA. If you are struggling in this area we can help with training or even the review process. We are able to review simple ARC's to new construction in a community. When an owner is building a new home the board needs to ensure the improvements on the lot conform to the governing documents. We are able to do this and the charge the owner, not the HOA.

Annual Meetings
